‘Rock The South’ Returns For 2026 With A New Home & Their Biggest And Best Lineup Yet

The biggest party in the south just got even better. For the past 15 years, Rock the South has consistently been one of the best country music festivals in not only the south, but in the country, delivering headliners like Morgan Wallen, Zach Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, and many, many more at its home in Cullman, Alabama. But the festival announced that they’re kicking off a new chapter in 2026, and they’re going bigger than ever. Starting in 2026, Rock the South will be moving to The Fields at Decatur, located in Decatur, Alabama, just south of Huntsville and about an hour from Birmingham. The new home for the festival will be owned by Peachtree Entertainment, the creative geniuses behind Rock the South and several of the country’s other top festivals and live events. And with 150 acres, the new location will allow for expanded campgrounds and long-term investments in infrastructure and improvements to help make it the best experience possible for fans. But what does that mean for fans? Well for starters, more shaded areas, improved campgrounds with professionally engineered drainage to provide a better (and dryer) experience for campers, and – for the first time ever – a second stage, presented by Raised Rowdy. And to kick off this new chapter in the festival’s history, Rock the South has announced a STACKED lineup that features some of the biggest artists in country music and beyond. The 2026 festival, which takes place June 11-13, will feature headliners Jason Aldean, Zach Top and Riley Green, an Alabama native himself who got one of the biggest reactions I’ve ever seen at a festival when he headlined Rock the South a couple years ago. And the lineup also includes country legends like Travis Tritt, Tracy Lawrence, Brantley Gilbert and Craig Morgan, along with crossover artists like BigXThaPlug and Jessie Murph, and some of the best new up-and-coming country artists like Jake Worthington, The Castellows, The Creekers (I told you just a couple of weeks ago that these guys were going to be huge), Myles Morgan, and many many more. I mean, just check out this lineup: Speaking on the 2026 version of the festival, Peachtree Entertainment CEO Nathan Baugh and Co-Founder of Rock the South Shane Quick expressed their excitement for the future of Rock the South: “This lineup represents everything Rock The South stands for – country roots, Southern pride, and unforgettable live music From icons like Jason Aldean and Travis Tritt to the next generation of stars like Riley Green, Jessie Murph, and Zach Top, this year’s festival is a true celebration of where country music has been and where it’s headed. Moving to The Fields at Decatur allows us to take Rock The South to the next level. We’re building this site from the ground up for our fans, with more space, better access, and new ways to experience the music. This is the biggest and best Rock The South we’ve ever had, and it’s just the beginning of what’s ahead.” Tickets are available for presale now through tomorrow, October 9 at 10 PM central at RockTheSouth.com using presale code ROCKRIFF, which will allow you to lock in your tickets at the lowest price and before they go on sale to the general public. You can also check out a sneak peek of the new location, as well as a rendering video of The Fields at Decatur, on their website to give you an idea of what you can expect for 2026. Of all the festivals I’ve been to, the thing that makes Rock the South so cool is that it’s located in a small town and still has that fan-first feel that a lot of festivals are missing – and while it may be moving, it sounds like that’s not going to be changing any time soon. Not to mention they always put together one of the best, and most unique, lineups that you’ll find all festival season. So make sure that you don’t miss out on the next chapter of the Biggest Party in the South. Check out RockTheSouth.com for all the details, and lock in your tickets now with presale code ROCKRIFF. You’ll regret missing out on this one – or waiting and having to pay more for tickets later on.The post ‘Rock The South’ Returns For 2026 With A New Home & Their Biggest And Best Lineup Yet first appeared on Whiskey Riff.
