WATCH: Sen. Mitch McConnell Falls In Hallway While Being Asked Question
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) stumbled and fell to the ground in the hallway of a Senate office building on Thursday.
McConnell, 83, was on his way to the Capitol for votes.
The Kentucky Republican grabbed an aide’s arm and hit the floor while a woman asked him a question about the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
“Do you support ICE taking working people off the streets and kidnapping them?” the woman asked.

KFOX shared:
Two aides help him get back on his feet before he turns to the camera. He then appears to laugh and wave.
The incident was captured on camera by Erik Rosales, who is a Capitol Hill Correspondent for EWTN.
“Sen. Mitch McConnell fell in the Russell basement, while being questioned my members of The Sunrise Movement, who took this video,” Rosales wrote.

The New York Post shared further info:
McConnell, the longest-serving party leader in Senate history, has suffered several falls and health scares in recent years — including freezing up on camera multiple times.
He was forced to rely on a wheelchair for a brief stint following a series of topples back in February.
“Senator McConnell is fine,” his spokesperson insisted at the time. “The lingering effects of polio in his left leg will not disrupt his regular schedule of work.”
The seven-term senator was also left with a sprained wrist and cuts to his face after he fell during a lunch at the Capitol last December.
A more serious tumble in early 2023 saw McConnell briefly hospitalized after suffering a concussion and fractured rib.
