DOMESTIC. A Syrian citizen who claims to be 17 years old is now charged with an unusually bestial and bloody rape of a 13-year-old girl in Hovdala in Scania.

According to the indictment, it was on July 12, 2023 this year that the Syrian grabbed the girl and carried her into a secluded forest area.

There, he forcibly forced oral, vaginal and anal intercourse from the 13-year-old.

The rape caused her to "bleed profusely from her genitalia," according to the lawsuit.

The girl was picked up bleeding and traumatized by an ambulance in the middle of the night, reports Norra Skåne.

According to the indictment, the act is to be assessed as aggravated rape against a child. This is due to the fact that the Syrian used violence against the girl throughout the act, the violent approach during intercourse and that the 17-year-old "showed particular recklessness and brutality" because the girl was in a particularly vulnerable situation when she was alone with him at night on a lonely place in the forest.

Hässleholm district court tells Fria Tider that no pictures or parts from the preliminary investigation report will be released. The negotiation will also take place behind closed doors.

The prosecutor has not requested that the Syrian be deported if he is convicted of the crime.
