Feds find Minnesota in violation of Title IX over trans athletes
The U.S. Departments of Education and Health and Human Services say Minnesota is in violation of a federal law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex in programs that receive federal funds, citing the participation of transgender athletes in girls’ and women’s sports.
