Boursin Bacon Crackers
Boursin Bacon Crackers have it all. They are crunchy and have lots of salty, sweet, and savory flavor. Plus they are super easy to make.
Just top Club crackers with Boursin cheese and a piece of bacon. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar and cayenne pepper and bake until crispy. They are always a party favorite.
I think bacon makes pretty much anything taste better and in this case, the bacon is the star ingredient. The bacon not only gets crispy on top, the bacon flavor permeates down into the crackers and flavors them.

I have been making Bacon Crackers for years. I sometimes even do them in the air fryer. After seeing Boursin Bacon Crackers on TikTok, I knew I had to give them a try and they did not disappoint.
While the simple combination of bacon baked on crackers with a little brown sugar is perfect, the boursin cheese adds additional savory flavor.
Quick and Easy Appetizer
This recipe only takes about 10 minutes of prep time and then it needs about an hour in the oven.
Ingredients
Club Crackers– Club crackers work best but you could use Townhouse crackers or Ritz crackers instead.
Boursin Cheese– I use the Garlic and Herbs flavor but the Chive and Shallots or Black Pepper flavor would work well too.
Bacon– Best not to use thick-cut bacon. It will take too long to cook and get crispy.
How To Make Boursin Bacon Crackers
Preheat oven and prepare pan. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and then set a wire rack in it.
Spread cheese on crackers.
Top with bacon pieces.
Sprinkle with brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Recipe Tips
You want to bake these crackers on a wire rack. This will help keep the crackers crisp.
Line the pan with aluminum foil for easy clean-up. (Note: You’ll notice in the pictures that I forgot to do this step. We all make mistakes.)
Storage
Best eaten the day they are made but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days.
