The legacy of this great progressive rock band began in Nyack, New York, in 1995. Known initially as Shabütie before adopting their current name in 2001. Over the course of their career, they’ve released eleven studio albums, three live albums, and various special editions, with six of their releases reaching the Billboard Top 10. Known for their ambitious concept albums based on Claudio Sanchez’s science fiction saga “The Amory Wars,” the band has built a unique musical identity by blending progressive rock, pop, heavy metal, and post-hardcore elements.
