The Violent Hour Roll Out “Sex And Cigarettes”

The Violent Hour, with lead by vocalist Carla Harvey (ex-Butcher Babies), has released the official music video for “Sex And Cigarettes.” “‘Sex And Cigarettes’ was the first song I wrote for The Violent Hour EP,” said Harvey. “It’s fun, sexy, and a full-throttle riot-grrrl love letter to chaos and chemistry.” Sex And Cigarettes Joining Harvey in The Violent Hour are Kiana De León (lead guitar), Allie Kay (rhythm guitar), Jewell Steele (bass) and Sasha De León (drums). Kiana and Sasha De León previously played together in the Pantera tribute band Far Beyond Hostile.  “Sex And Cigarettes” is the third video from The Violent Hour’s self-titled debut EP, following clips for the “Sick Ones” (featuring Mötley Crüe guitarist John 5) and “Hell Or Hollywood” (featuring Zakk Wylde). Sick Ones Hell Or Hollywood “As a huge fan of the ’90s Riot Grrl movement, I’ve dreamed of having an all-girl band my whole life,” continued Harvey. “After a long search, I finally found them. Four incredible women who share the same drive, passion, and fire that fuels me.” ### The post The Violent Hour Roll Out “Sex And Cigarettes” appeared first on RockinTown.
