Dear God, first the question was who pays for our healthcare, answer we do, not the US. But since you dragged NATO into it, Europe is now setting up its own European army as it no longer sees the US as a world force nor does Europe trust the US. Russia has no interest in invaliding Europe as it would need to fight all of Europe.
