Mirador’s Acoustic EP

Mirador, with Greta Van Fleet co-founder Jake Kiszka and Ida Mae’s Chris Turpin, will release “The Gathering At Badon Hill,” an acoustic EP, on May 15th. The five-track set, produced by Kiszka and Turpin, includes reimagined songs off Mirador’s self-titled debut album. “The Gathering At Badon Hill” was recorded live near a 12th century stone barn in England that’s encircled by centuries old mystical symbols. “While recording one of the tracks, we all felt it, a surge of energy rising and swirling above us into the rafters,” comments Turpin. “It was unlike anything of us had experienced before…it shook us.” “The ground shook, the sky rumbled, and every microphone heard it… rather humorous, considering we had just come to record a few quiet acoustic tracks,” Kiszka adds. Ashes To Earth “The Gathering At Badon Hill” is available for pre-order as a 12-inch vinyl (available June 19th).
