HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) - Henrico Police have located Ronald Lucy who was reported missing early Tuesday morning.
Police say that he is being treated and transported to an area hospital out of precautions.
Ronald Lucy was reported missing from the 1900 block of Libbie Avenue around 50 a.m. on Nov. 2.
