It's so stupid. If we are short of food in this country, we should stop exporting food. America produces enough food to feed its citizens. If corporations whine about contracts, their property should be taken and auctioned off to American citizens with the rule that they can't put up housing for people or subdivide the property or sell it. They should be required to produce a minimum amount of calories for sale to the public; this amount should start small and increase each year until it meets the average per acre production of current farms. No preference should be given according to race, gender, or religion.
