Well... you said news 'feed', not news 'portal'. They are 2 different things. That message you see is from the former paid service we used to fetch news, which we have canceled and replaced with our own service. It is 48 to 72 hours from completion ... which basically is only adding feeds on the variety of topics and is actually already fully functional. When feed addition is compketed it will actually have many more news sources than the previous option you were using.
