Facebook is challenged on using "fact checks" to accuse users of lying.

They label it "fact check", but it's opinion? There seems to be a problem there. Why is their fact check protected opinion but the original post is not? Facebook should have no standing with their argument. When they started using fact check, they declared themselves authorities; therefore, when they dispute actual facts, they are acting with malice to destroy the credibility of the person who wrote the post.
