I'm not buying the "exercise" classification. Make no mistake about it... resources are being DEPLOYED for the line of defense, and for the accompanying offense. To not recognize what is happening right before the eyes of the whole world is ummmmm... naive.... to put it in the "nicest" terms. Stock up, lock up, and load up... stay low and hope it stays as far away as possible.
