"“We’re back behind it in a DP&L right-a-way and we’re clearing it out for DP&L power lines and we found a human skull back here,” the contractor said in a 911 call obtained by News Center 7 in a public records request.
“There is some other bones and things along with it. But I didn’t mess around with it too much I just got out of there and called you guys,” the caller said.
Trotwood police said the remains that were recovered did not make up an entire skeleton."
