This is so classic propaganda im surprised anyone believes it. Im sure this child has been and is living happily some were safe , like in Europe. The word usage and body language is designed to affect westerners, this is not how an Afghan talks and moves. So why was it done, well to try and get the west to take more "refugees", and we will fall for it.
