Ahead of the upcoming Easter holiday, several have reacted on social media to ICA selling its Easter eggs for sweets as so-called picture eggs.

Samnytt has previously noted that IKEA now calls Christmas a "win party" where, among other things, Christmas must has been named "party drink".

On Tuesday, a picture from an unknown ICA store was spread on Twitter. The person writes that "Easter does not exist, it has always been called picture eggs!". Another person reacts by wishing others a "happy picture".


ICA has for several years used the product name "picture egg" for the popular Easter egg with motifs. The Facebook post below was published in 2019. On ICA's website , there are other types of products called Easter eggs.
