What D.A. in his/her right mind would file charges against this officer? He had legal grounds for the stop. The guy was failing to comply with the officer commands from the jump! Then he tries to run (he might have gotten away if his pants weren't down around his knees to begin with) and then wants to fight with the cop. What do you suppose might have happened if he had gotten control of the taser and used it on the officer...another sad funeral for an American hero!
