Women are stabbed with needles in crowds - now one has been arrested

Two of the victims, a young woman and a teenager, got into an argument with a man and discovered that he was carrying a syringe.

The now arrested man is a 20-year-old Tunisian who lacks both employment and a residence permit in France, writes Le Figaro. He is already known by the police and was convicted in 2020 for abusing his partner at home. Since he has a child, there have been problems with getting him deported.
