The Chambers Brothers were an American soul and psychedelic rock band, best known for their 1968 hit single “Time Has Come Today.” The band was formed in 1954 in Los Angeles, California, by brothers George, Joe, Lester, and Willie Chambers. They began their career as a gospel group but later expanded their repertoire to include blues, soul, and rock.
