Ok...what is so hard to understand. They were in the park after hours. The officer asked her twice to sign the ticket. Instead, she wants to act a fool and wants to act like she is in charge. He attempts to cuff her, and the fight is on. Once she is handcuffed then she is all crying until he gets ready to shut the door and it all dries up to make sure she gets her phone. And if she is hurt...it's her own fault for resisting and wanting to wrestle with the cops.
