"The son of a California woman accused of arranging the kidnapping of her boyfriend’s daughter has been arrested for the same assault.
Brandon Roque, 25, has been charged with kidnapping, torture, conspiracy, sexual assault and intimidating a witness, the fourth suspect charged in connection with the 2016 incident, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
Roque’s mother, 47-year-old Sandra Garcia, his younger brother, 24-year-old Mark Anthony Roque; and Garcia’s cousin, 46-year-old Miguel Carriedo, were previously arrested."
