Musk agrees to testify in SEC Twitter probe

X owner Elon Musk has agreed to testify in a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation into the billionaire’s purchase of Twitter in 2022. According to court documents, Mr. Musk said he will testify on an undisclosed date and confirmed that he won’t challenge a court’s decision earlier this month to force him to testify.
