DOMESTIC. A young woman in Stockholm accepted the offer when a security guard from the company Tempest Security stopped by and offered to drive her home safely. Instead, the guard drove the woman to a forest grove where she was raped in the guard's car, writes Samnytt.


Now the security guard Bashir Karam Ali, 24, is being charged at the Stockholm district court for the rape. He is also accused of sexually harassing another woman on a previous occasion.

During the investigation, it turned out that the man had made several previous attempts to bring young women with him, but without success. On one occasion he had managed to grope a woman but had not succeeded in a completed rape. A large number of other complaints also occurred against the man, according to Samnytt.

Why the company Tempest Security let the security guard continue to work is not clear. However, the annual report from 2018 shows that the company applies a so-called "diversity policy".
