FOREIGN. Kadyrov is disappointed by the defeat in the strategically important city of Lyman, which Ukraine drove Russia out of yesterday.


The city is now back under Ukrainian control.

"My personal opinion is that more drastic measures must be taken... such as the use of martial law in the border areas and the use of low-intensity nuclear weapons," Kadyrov writes on Telegram.
