Steve Bannon takes contempt of Congress fight to Supreme Court to stay out of jail
Trump ally Steve Bannon petitioned the Supreme Court Friday to stay out of prison while he appeals his conviction for contempt of Congress for not complying with a subpoena from House Democrats’ Jan. 6 committee.
