On Saturday evening, the Swedish men's national football team played a training match against Algeria. The match was played in Malmö, but it was mainly Algerian fans who could be seen at the match and in the streets, which has raised questions about whether Sweden in fact had an away ground.

The match was played at the Eleda stadium in Malmö and was a training match for the World Cup in Qatar, which starts on Sunday. Sweden is not participating in the tournament after failing to qualify.

The training match was eventful with, among other things, fights in the stands and the game also had to be temporarily interrupted due to Algerian fans rushing onto the football field with flags. Several videos are circulating on social media showing the scenes from inside but also outside the arena.
