I have to wonder. What happened to Miley? He is wearing SF and Ranger tabs. He has a CIB and silver parachute wings. All of which indicate that at one time he was a competent warrior. Now he is acting like a mentally incompetent recruit with no experience or training. What is it
about putting on stars that negate one's intelligence these days?
