??BREAKING NEWS: A Mother was left with a ‘catastrophic brain injury, a broken skull, and a brain bleed’ after a Venezuelan migrant Amazon driver hit her and her 4-month-old baby, and fled the scene.

The mother was attempting to cross an intersection while pushing her son in a stroller and walking her dog when Sarahy Naybeth Parra-Ovalles, 45, hit them with her car, according to Miami-Dade Police Department.

The mother was knocked to her feet and the baby was knocked out of the stroller and onto the ground.

Parra-Ovalles was seen getting out of her car, picking the stroller up and placing the baby back into the stroller before fleeing the scene.

The mother and baby were transported to Memorial Regional Hospital where they were treated for their injuries.
Parra-Ovalles was arrested and charged the next day with hit-and-run.
