#criticalmissing 11-year-old Karmen Chase, (5'1,100lbs). Last seen in the Towson area on 09/14/2024 at 10:35 p.m. wearing blue bonnet, black shirt, unk shorts, and black shoes. Karmen has a cognitive impairment. Anyone with information is requested to call 911 or 410-307-2020.
