In all fairness, anyone can be a thief, looter, or shoplifter no matter the color of their skin, but I suppose the reason why the FBI wouldn’t display photos or images of the members of the groups and factions whom they claim to be the main perpetrators of thefts, robberies, and lootings is because they thought it would be perceived as “racist” and “stereotyping” to do so.
