One of these is SD leader Jimmie Åkesson.

- You have to understand that these fatal shootings are only the tip of the iceberg. Behind it are clan structures, honor structures and other criminal structures that are very extensive and have eaten into the entire body of society, he says.

The SD leader believes that the time is now ripe to discuss the next necessary step – take citizenship from criminals and others who for various reasons have used up the right to it.

- What we have said so far is that you should be able to look at citizenship for terrorists and gang criminals. That you equate that type of crime. This means that you depart from the principle of everyone's equality before the law. And once you've started doing that, you can actually take that line of reasoning further. And I am absolutely prepared to do so, in the situation we are in, says Jimmie Åkesson, and continues:

- We have a situation where people live in Sweden, as citizens of Sweden, but they still cannot speak Swedish. They have no connection whatsoever to Swedish society. They are only here to commit crimes. They drag down the reputation of Swedish citizenship and Swedish passports internationally.

Accept or move
The choices that now remain are few.

- I don't think there is any other solution than to start looking at tearing up citizenship.

Åkesson notes that the situation requires forcing people to adapt to Swedish values ​​and that you cannot live in Sweden and be part of a clan society - you either have to accept what applies here or move somewhere else.

- Integration policy is based on a false impression that people in general actually want to become Swedes. They don't want that, he says.

Criticism
While some are celebrating that they are finally starting to talk about realistic solutions, there is also criticism. One of these is Kent Ekeroth (SD), who points out that the proposal is certainly good, but does little good as they continue to let in tens of thousands of new migrants every year.
