Democrats plan to meet up at the NAPA Valley Wine Country in California for a luxury retreat as they voted to keep the government shuttered 8 times. EIGHT times. They think the shutdown is getting “better and better” for the Democrats. They think leaving Air Traffic Controllers, TSA workers, and various others is just fine to leave without pay.

That tone-deaf luxury retreat – over $1000 per person per day. Will they cancel it?

President Trump “identified” some monies with which to at least temporarily pay the military and their families, as well as the WIC program for poor women to pay for food to give their babies despite the shutdown.

There’s something to the old saying the “Nero fiddled while Rome burned.” In this case, Democrats drink and party while Americans struggle to pay bills. Their little luxury retreat is totally tone-deaf. Some claim they’ve canceled it – but I found no evidence of that so far
