Judge Kendra Briggs sentenced the teens who beat DOGE member “Big Balls” severely to no jail time, only probation. Why? Because she believes her job is to rehabilitate, not punish. Then Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson made the statement today that “Blacks are disabled” so voting districts should be done “by race.” A racist judge – one of many- and a racist Justice have combined today to make one giant legal disaster.

A judge sentenced the boy to 12 months of probation on Tuesday and the girl was sentenced to nine months’ probation. The boy pleaded guilty to felony assault, simple assault, robbery and attempted robbery related to the incident, while the girl pleaded guilty to simple assault.

In explaining the decision, the judge said the juvenile court’s purpose isn’t to punish, but rather to rehabilitate. The judge said she hopes the teens will use the probationary period as a learning experience. Fox digital

Judge Briggs has a strange belief system. Without consequences, the criminal mentality grows, festers, and becomes a garden of evil blooms. I have a friend who spent 16 years in various prisons, some federal. Within the confines of prison, he awakened from his evil past and now is model citizen. That would not have happened without consequences. A racist judge malfunctioned on this one.

This was a racist verdict by a racist judge.

The simple test to apply is if the races has been reversed, the White kids would be in prison.

Apparently, this racist Justice believes that Black people are “disabled,” so they haven’t the ability to vote or enter buildings. If that were actually true, how could she have become a Supreme Court Justice? She wants to perpetuate that victim mentality that keeps the uninformed “on the plantation.” The case was about redistricting based on race in Louisiana.

Our judicial system is in deep peril with a racist Judge or a racist Justice, and they’re only drops in the legal bucket of disasters. They cannot think clearly about the results of their actions, and therefore their rulings are generally bizarre. It’s not about whether a judge agrees with us or not, it’s about the insertion of ideas into rulings that have long-lasting repercussions. Not good ones.
