Jasmine Crockett claimed – on the floor of the House of Representatives – that Lee Zeldin, the NRCC, Mitt Romney, and others took money from Jeffrey Epstein. They did. But not from THE Jeffrey Epstein. From a Doctor that happens to have the same name, and the donations were made AFTER the sex offender was deceased. With that egg on her face, Crockett dug a nice deep hole by claiming she knew what she was doing by “clearly” stating that she used the term “a Jeffrey Epstein.”

She knew exactly what she was doing: attempting to mislead the American people. She claimed that her staff “Googled” the name to get the information. Sure. She is so arrogant that she demands everyone kowtow to her statements.  She often tries to foment anger by attempting to create “gotcha” moments. This time, she really screwed up.

A congressional reprimand is in order. The House floor isn’t the place for this. She deliberately mislead for the record. Our politicians have to start paying a price for this. Jasmine Crockett would be held in contempt if she made a similar argument in court.

While we feel sorry for Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, he might wish to sue Jasmine Crockett for defamation.  Crockett dug herself a nice deep hole and is arrogantly trying to get out.
