These adorable snowman Oreo balls are the kind of holiday treat that makes everyone grin the second they land on the dessert table.

Everyone Loves These Adorable Snowman Treats
There are plenty of fancy holiday desserts out there, but snowman Oreo balls always get the job done. They’re simple, they’re sweet, and everybody (kids, coworkers, church friends) lights up when they spot ’em!
Honestly, they’re so easy to put together that it might even be quicker than trying to find something ready-made at the store. If you’ve ever made Oreo cookie balls before, this is the same idea, just with a holiday makeover.
Serve these alongside a batch of snowman pretzels for a little cutesy variety!

Ingredients You’ll Need
- Winter OREO cookies
- Softened cream cheese
- Melted white baking chocolate
- Assorted colored decorating gels
- Candies of your choice to decorate faces
Tips For Working The Chocolate
- Use a toothpick to dip the cookie balls into the melted white chocolate. Shake off the excess chocolate, then place it on the waxed paper. This may leave just a small hole on top that can be covered with a tiny dab of chocolate. I use a fork and find it far easier than a toothpick. Use what is easiest for you!
- Place the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until the chocolate is completely melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
How to Make Snowman Oreo Balls
1. Crush and Roll
Crush 9 of the cookies into fine crumbs. Mix together the crumbs and softened cream cheese until smooth. Roll into 15 even balls using a small cookie scoop or your hands. Chill for a few minutes if they’re too soft to dip.

2. Dip and Place
Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Take the remaining cookies and place them in a single layer on the pan. Dip each truffle ball into your melted chocolate (two forks work best here), then place it on top of a cookie. Tap the cookie on the tray a few times to let the excess chocolate settle.

3. Decorate
Use decorating gels, candies, or sprinkles to create snowman faces. Black sugar pearls make cute eyes, orange sprinkles make perfect little “carrot noses,” and a mini Oreo or Rolo candy can become a tiny top hat.

4. Chill & Serve
Let everything set at room temperature or pop the tray into the fridge for 10–15 minutes. Once the chocolate coating firms up, your adorable snowman Oreo balls are ready to enjoy!

Storage Tips
These no-bake Christmas treats store beautifully, making them great for gifting or prepping ahead of a holiday party. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Oreo balls also freeze well for up to 2 months! When you’re ready to have at ’em, let the snowmen thaw in the fridge before serving.
