What To Know
- Priscilla Presley shared a holiday family photo on Instagram, emphasizing her family’s unity despite ongoing legal disputes.
- Her former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, have made sensational claims involving her granddaughter Riley Keough in a breach of contract lawsuit.
- The legal battle began after Presley ended a business venture with Kruse, leading to lawsuits alleging breach of contract, elder abuse, and fraud between the parties.
Despite an ongoing lawsuit battle with former business associates Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, Priscilla Presley, 80, still gathered with her family members to celebrate the holidays, sharing a photo on Instagram with the caption “‘Holiday 2025 & unbreakable family bond’ -P?”
The photo featured Presley’s granddaughter, actress Riley Keough, who is a focus of recent claims made by Presley’s former business associates. Kruse and Fialko alleged, in a filing made by their lawyers per NBC News, that John Travolta‘s youngest son, Ben Travolta, was conceived using eggs donated by Keough in 2010. “Riley was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 — $20,000 for the deal,” the plaintiffs alleged.
In a statement to TMZ, Presley’s lawyer said of the claims, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
These claims were made as part of a breach of contract civil complaint Kruse and Fialko have made against Priscilla Presley’s grandson, Navarone Garcia. The pair are also in a legal battle with Presley herself that began in 2023, when Kruse filed a breach of contract suit against Presley after Elvis’ former wife ended a business venture the two had created to exploit Priscilla Presley’s name and image. Presley sued Kruse in 2024, alleging elder abuse and fraud, claiming the younger businesswoman had manipulated Presley into signing away 80% of her income and living in a “form of indentured servitude,” per the LA Times.
