The US Supreme Court struck down the President’s Tariffs on Friday. He’s not a happy camper, but his administration may have a pivot. Democrats and even former VP Mike Pence on the other hand took a victory lap.

The ruling only stated that the tariffs “may” need to be returned but did not specifically say they have to be.

SCOTUS struck down President Trump’s reciprocal tariffs.

If a nation cannot stop other countries from ripping the U.S. off, then we are not a free nation.

This ruling goes across our sovereignty.

Trump’s Response to the Tariff Decision:

“The Supreme Court’s Ruling on TARIFFS is deeply disappointing! I am ashamed of certain Members of the Court for not having the Courage to do what is right for our Country. I would like to thank and congratulate Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh for your Strength, Wisdom, and Love of our Country, which is right now very proud of you. When you read the dissenting opinions, there is no way that anyone can argue against them. Foreign Countries that have been ripping us off for years are ecstatic, and dancing in the streets — But they won’t be dancing for long! The Democrats on the Court are thrilled, but they will automatically vote “NO” against ANYTHING that makes America Strong and Healthy Again. Since the tariffs have brought in trillions of dollars and been the catalyst for stopping wars. If the Trump administration can quickly revamp the tariffs, there should be no problem here. If not, the economy may become rocky quickly.
