US embassies have come under attack in several countries after “Operation Epic Fury” took out Iran’s Ayatollah. All US embassies and consulates worldwide are guarded by Marines.  US Marine Embassy Guards – known as MSG or Marine Security Guards – are a specialized section of the Marine Corps. They are tasked with specialized actions such as preserving US documents and preventing another Benghazi-style attack.

“The Marine Security Guard (MSG) Program, in its current form, has been in place since December 1948, but the Marine Corps has a long history of cooperation and distinction with the Department of State (DOS) going back to the early days of the Nation. From the raising of the United States flag at Derna, Tripoli, and the secret mission of Archibald Gillespie in California, to the 55-days at Peking, the United States Marines have served many times on special missions as couriers, guards for embassies and delegations, and to protect American officials in unsettled areas.” MSG Home

The US Consulate in Karachi, Pakistan was attacked by pro-regime forces on March 1, causing 9 deaths as security forces opened fire.

As the danger increases across the world, and US assets are targeted, know that US Marines are the impenetrable line of defense. US embassies and consulates under attack from hostiles will be met with force.
