When Bewitched first premiered on September 17, 1964, it quickly became one of television’s most beloved sitcoms. The show followed Samantha Stephens, a charming witch played by Elizabeth Montgomery, who tried to live a normal suburban life with her mortal husband Darrin while keeping her magical powers under wraps for eight seasons. While many of the main stars have since passed away, let’s catch up with the only three surviving stars of Bewitched and find out what they’re up to now!

Murphy, who played young Tabitha in six seasons of the show (a role shared with her twin sister, Diane, when they were small), has gone on to do a wide array of things since the series ended in 1972. From performing as actress Virginia Madsen‘s stunt double to working as a casting director and acting teacher, Murphy has stayed busy, on and off-camera. She’s appeared as an on-air correspondent for channels like TVLand and E!, and as a celebrity judge on the Danny Bonaduce reality show I Know My Kid’s A Star. She’s also appeared as a contestant on a number of celebrity reality shows, including RuPaul’s Drag U and Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling.

In her personal life, Murphy owns the small business Slim Chillers, which makes low-cal cocktail popsicles, as well as an eco-friendly knitwear company called Erin Murphy Knits, and is the mom to six (!) kids.

She spoke to Closer Weekly about working with the late Montgomery, “Elizabeth Montgomery was very maternal. She would even scold me like a parent. If I was being silly, she’d call me ‘Erin Margaret,’ just like my mom would.”

Adam Stephens

In season six, the Stephens family welcomed second baby Adam (a plotline that lined up with Montgomery’s real-life pregnancy and the birth of her third child). Brothers David and Greg played Adam (though only David’s name was shown in the credits); supposedly, they were hired because they had eyebrows quite similar to Elizabeth Montgomery’s, says Screen Rant.

Though the brothers retired from acting shortly after the show ended, they did appear on an episode of Vicki!, Vicki Lawrence’s daytime talk show, in 1992. In the episode, the brothers, who were raised by adoptive parents, said that they had discovered that their birth parents were actor Tony Curtis and model Peggy Potter (Curtis never acknowledged paternity). They also began using the last name “Mandel.”
