Does anyone remember when the Ten Commandments was traditionally aired on the prime-time networks every Easter? It sadly is not anymore and if you carefully listen to Cecil B. DeMille’s introduction to the film, (3:16-3:3 I think you will know why.
I have a copy of the Ten Commandments along with the original Ben-Hur and both I have traditionally taken time to watch during the Easter and Passover weeks every year, and for those of you out there who are interested, Youtube, to their credit, has offered a free viewing of 1956 classic of the Ten Commandments which I wish to share with you all.
Disclaimer: The youtube link image display may make a misleading claim of the movie being age-restricted as an attempted form of censorship by way of suppressing viewership. If you see such a label, do not believe it, but instead take time to watch the film for yourself.
