12-Year-Old Challenges State Trooper Dad To A Foot Pursuit Chase & The Results Are Perfect

There is no one more overconfident than a 12-year-old boy challenging his dad. When your dad is a Georgia State Police officer, that may not work out the way he planned. A recent trend has been a foot pursuit challenge for kids with police officers as their fathers. In a moment of pure tween bravado, a young man thought he could outrun the long arm of the law. You can watch the video here. @brandyanderson11 LOL!! He gave him a run @Joseph Holub @Caylin holub it’s your turn ♬ original sound – Jessica Simpson To begin the foot pursuit challenge, the cocky youth took a healthy head start. Running across a large grass lawn, it was easy to watch as he stretched his stride. In hot pursuit, cop dad came charging up to close the gap. The boy tried to zigzag, then cut around a small tree. The longer stride of the “old man” worked to his advantage as he gained ground on the “suspect.” One fatal mistake was made as the young man cut through a drainage ditch to the roadway. Once on the open road, the GSP officer accelerated and made the grab. Image from TikTok. While the chase was on, the background music asked, “Whatcha gonna do?” If this is any indication of the average GSP trooper, I wouldn’t be in any hurry to break a law down there. Not only did he give the kid a 50-plus-foot head start, but he was in uniform. The kid was wearing lightweight and non-restrictive clothing. Although the bare feet might have been a poor choice once he veered off the grass. On the whole, these men and women work day after day in a potentially dangerous job. We should all remember that at the end of the day, they are husbands, dads, and grandparents. Please give them a nod and a smile. Please share.
