Daniel Williams  6/18 Cause Of Plane Crash Determined The National Transportation Safety Board issues a finding that the Cessna 550 (business jet) carrying former Devil Wear Prada drummer Daniel Williams and talent agent Dave Shapiro was too low on its descent path to San Deigo for more than a mile before clipping power lines 95 feet above the ground on May 22nd. All aboard, including Williams and Shapiro were killed in the crash.
