After that interaction, where the rising country music star said she was “obsessed” with the little girl, Ally Maxwell started to plot out the perfect surprise for her daughter’s birthday. Maxwell was just trying to get a birthday shoutout from Ella Langley, but Ella’s team ended up going above and beyond after Cecilia’s mother reached out. They planned a meet and greet at Riley Green’s concert at the Marshall Health Network Arena in Huntington, West Virginia, where Cecilia would get to meet her country music singing idol.
