BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Prosecutors have dismissed felony charges against the alleged president of the Antelope Valley chapter of the Vagos biker gang.
Charges of gang participation and gun and ammunition possession by a felon were dismissed Thursday against John Eric Anderson, according to court records.
“With the current state of evidence, we were unable to proceed at this time,” prosecutors said in an email. It’s unclear if the case will be refiled.
LENOIR, N.C. — A man was arrested on gun charges during a police raid at the Lenoir motorcycle clubhouse of the Pagans Mc early Monday morning, state investigators said.
Anthony Lee Card was arrested at 4 a.m. when police searched the Pagans Motorcycle Club gathering spot in Lenoir.
The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation worked with the Lenoir Police Department, Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office and Newton Police Department on the search.
Card was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was taken to the Caldwell County jail and is being held under a $50,000 bond.
