Led by the band’s singer and multi-instrumentalist Jeff Lynne, they were active until 1986, returning from 2000 to 2001 and from 2014 until now. Besides being ELO's leader, Jeff Lynne also worked extensively as a record producer, working many times with the late Beatle George Harrison, who was a great friend.
