The MyMcDonald’s Rewards help, but there’s a bit of a catch. You can only use one reward per order, and you have to wait 15 minutes between orders. I have 8000+ points. I earned the points now let me use them. Only ONE reward per order!!!!! So much for that idea,”they wrote. “But seriously why are these reward programs like thisssssss?” Many people shared their frustration with trying to redeem MyMcDonald’s Rewards points, and a few pointed out a clever hack. “Use the kiosks and do separate consecutive transactions,” a McDonald’s customer suggested. This person added a bit more info. “You can only do one reward/coupon every 15 minutes. However you can do one mobile preorder and a second in-store at kiosk or drive-thru,” they explained. “Can confirm. I did this the other day. Order on the app then use the kiosk when I went inside,” someone responded. “Just dealt with this today. Made a drive thru order.
