Future, whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Cash, was born on November 20, 1983, in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his career in music as a member of the musical collective Dungeon Family, where he received the nickname “The Future.” Early in his career, he gained recognition for his prolific output of mixtapes released between 2010 and 2011, including 1000, Dirty Sprite, and True Story.
