Another one of those liberal driven court rulings in which the ruling itself is unconstitutional. Flag desecration is, indeed, a crime already. It is not the job of the supreme court to legislate. Only Congress makes laws, and this one already exists. Trump really doesn't need to do anything, the ACTUAL laws on the books need to be enforced, not ignored lije our immigration kaws were until recently.
