Roger Waters slams Ozzy Osbourne’s career and music

The former Pink Floyd bassist and main songwriter Roger Waters said some really harsh words about the late Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away last July at the age of 76. During an interview with The independent Ink, when he was talking about the influence music has on people, he mentioned Ozzy, saying the musician was always in TV with his "idiocy" and that he "couldn't give a fuck" about his music. Ozzy's son Jack Osbourne, responded to the comments as can be seen below, saying his father always thought Waters was a "cunt". Roger Waters slams Ozzy Osbourne's career and Jack Osbourne responds: “Ozzy Osbourne, who just died, bless him in his whatever that state that he was in his whole life. We’ll never know. The music, I have no idea. I couldn’t give a fuck.” The musician said that the Black Sabbath frontman was always on TV with his "idiocy", referring to the reality show The Osbournes. “I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did. Have no interest in biting the heads of chickens or whatever they do. I couldn’t care less, you know,” he said. Jack Osbourne's response to Roger Waters Ozzy Osbourne's son Jack Osbourne posted on his Instagram stories an answer attacking Waters. He said: "Hey Roger Waters, fuck you. How pathetic and out of touch you've become. The only way you seem to get attention these days is by vomiting out bullshit in the press. My father always thought you were a cunt - Thanks for proving him right," Jack Osbourne said. Waters had already stated in the past that he didn't care about Hard Rock or Heavy Metal bands, but never was harsh and unpolite like this time. Here at Rock and Roll Garage, we believe that Roger Waters' statement is horrible and disrespectful. You may not be a fan of an artist and you can say that, but you should not disrespect him, especially if the person has recently died and cannot defend herself. Sadly, the musician has lost his touch on many subjects in recent years, for example, claiming that countries like Venezuela, Russia, and China are democracies. An apology to Ozzy's family and to the millions of fans worldwide would be the right thing to do.The post Roger Waters slams Ozzy Osbourne’s career and music appeared first on Rock and Roll Garage.
